As much as required: walking, settling them down, feeding, playing or even if they need someone just to hang out with

Depending on the seriousness of it, I would call and discuss with the owner first.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Paws & Kisses accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Paws & Kisses cancels, you're always refunded in full.
