Your card is held, not charged. paws on patrol has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.
I’m committed to giving your pet plenty of time, attention and care rather than simply stopping by and leaving. During each visit, I’ll make sure your pet gets the attention they need, whether that means going for a good walk, playing, giving them cuddles and companionship, or simply keeping them comfortable and happy
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once paws on patrol accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If paws on patrol cancels, you're always refunded in full.
