What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing would always be my priority. If they became sick or injured, I would contact you immediately, follow your instructions and seek veterinary care if needed. In an emergency, I would contact a vet straight away and keep you updated every step of the way. 🐾

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Paws on the Go accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Paws on the Go cancels, you're always refunded in full.
