Paws on the Go 🐾 Every walk, a new adventure! Hi, my name is Michelle and I’m the person behind Paws on the Go! I’m a genuine dog lover who enjoys walking, being outdoors and exploring new places. I believe dogs deserve plenty of exercise, fresh air, attention and, most importantly, lots of love! I’m starting my dog-walking journey because I’d love to combine my love of walking with my love for dogs. Although I’m new to professional dog walking, I’m enthusiastic, reliable, patient and eager to get to know every dog’s individual personality and needs. What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Before accepting a booking, I’d like to know your dog’s age, breed, size, temperament and general health. I’d also like to know about any medical conditions, medications, allergies, special needs or behavioural concerns. It’s important for me to know how your dog behaves around other dogs, people and unfamiliar environments, as well as their walking habits and any fears or triggers. This helps me make sure they’re comfortable, safe and happy during our time together.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
The time will depend on the service booked. For a 30 minute dog walk, I’ll spend approximately 30 minutes walking and engaging with your dog, with a little additional time for settling them back home, making sure they’re comfortable and refreshing their water if needed. I want every visit to feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my priority. If your dog becomes unwell or gets injured while in my care, I’ll contact you immediately and keep you updated. If it’s an emergency, I’ll arrange veterinary attention as quickly as possible and follow your instructions where possible. I’d also make sure I have your preferred vet’s contact details and an emergency contact before the booking.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Paws on the Go! accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Paws on the Go! cancels, you're always refunded in full.
