I’d love to know your dog’s age, temperament, energy levels and usual walking routine. It’s also helpful to know about any medical conditions, allergies, medications, behavioural triggers and how they react to other dogs or people. Please let me know about any specific needs or preferences so I can make sure your pup has a safe and enjoyable walk.
I’ll dedicate the agreed booking time to your pet, including their walk, time for sniffing and exploring, and any settling-in time needed. I’ll follow your dog’s pace and needs, and make sure they’re safely settled before I leave. I’m happy to discuss your preferred walking duration when booking.
Your pet’s safety will always be my priority. If your dog becomes unwell or gets injured, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and arrange appropriate veterinary care if needed. In an emergency, I’ll seek urgent veterinary assistance without waiting if delaying could put your pet at risk, while keeping you informed throughout.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Pawsitive walks accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Pawsitive walks cancels, you're always refunded in full.
