What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Before booking I would like to know about your pets’ temperament (anxious, aggressive, food/play-oriented etc). Also, would like to know if they happen to need any medications so when needed I can help with that.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
Timewise we can agree on whether Your pet would need 30mins or 60mins, or even more. 10mins to get them back into their familiar setting.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
In case something bad happens I will contact You first and we can discuss what would be my next steps - give first aid to Your pet, take them to vet etc.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Pawsome care accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Pawsome care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
