What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Before accepting a booking, I’d like to know about your dog’s temperament, behaviour around other dogs and people, any health conditions or injuries, medications, allergies, and anything that may affect their walk.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
Before accepting a booking, I’d like to know the preferred date and time, how long you’d like the walk to be, and whether there are any specific timing requirements.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
If a dog becomes unwell during a booking, I will stop the activity and make sure they are safe and comfortable. I will contact the owner immediately and follow their instructions. If I believe the dog needs urgent veterinary attention, I will seek appropriate veterinary assistance and keep the owner informed throughout.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Perfect paws accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Perfect paws cancels, you're always refunded in full.
