Your card is held, not charged. Perfect Paws Pet Care has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Perfect Paws Pet Care only after the visit is done.

I like to know your pet’s age, temperament, daily routine, medical needs, behaviour and any special requirements. I also recommend a meet and greet to ensure we’re a good fit before confirming a booking.
The time spent with your pet depends on the service and duration booked. I ensure they receive plenty of attention, companionship and personalised care, including feeding, walks, playtime and any other agreed needs.
Your pet’s safety is my priority. I’ll contact you as soon as possible and seek veterinary assistance if needed. In an emergency, I’ll ensure your pet receives prompt care while keeping you informed.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Perfect Paws Pet Care accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Perfect Paws Pet Care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
