Stopping by to check on the pet and provide food, water, clean and play with them for a while. Each visit will last around 30 minutes, give or take.
Your card is held, not charged. Pet Care has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Pet Care only after the visit is done.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Pet Care accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If Pet Care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
