1-2 hours for house visits and 30min walks

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I will be straight on the phone with the owner and ask how we can handle it and if I need to take the pet to the vet

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Pet services Illawarra accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Pet services Illawarra cancels, you're always refunded in full.
