About Jessieli

I’m a passionate and caring pet sitter based in Monterey, Sydney. Animals have always been a very important part of my life, and I treat every pet in my care as if they were part of my own family. I provide a safe, loving and comfortable home environment, with 24-hour camera monitoring, air conditioning, a secure balcony, plenty of attention, playtime and regular walks. I only accept a limited number of pets at a time so I can give each one personalised care. I have experience caring for puppies, senior dogs and pets with different personalities and routines. I’m also comfortable administering medication when required. I send regular photo and video updates throughout the stay so owners can feel relaxed and connected with their pet. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved and truly at home while their family is away. 🐾❤️

What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

I like to know your pet’s age, temperament, daily routine, feeding schedule, medical conditions or medications, toilet habits, sleeping routine, and how they behave around other dogs and people. I also like to know about any fears, anxiety, allergies, special needs or behaviours I should be aware of so I can provide the safest and most comfortable care possible.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

I make sure every pet receives plenty of attention, affection and quality time. Visits are never rushed. I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, playtime, walks, toilet breaks and lots of cuddles. I’m also happy to adjust the time depending on your pet’s individual needs.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

Your pet’s safety is my priority. If your pet becomes unwell or gets injured, I will contact you immediately and follow your instructions. If veterinary attention is needed, I will take your pet to your preferred vet whenever possible, or to the nearest emergency vet if urgent. I will keep you updated throughout the entire situation.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Pet Sitter accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Pet Sitter cancels, you're always refunded in full.
