An hour-long walk based on your dog’s usual routine and pace. I’ll give them plenty of time to exercise, explore and have fun, while making sure they’re safe and comfortable the whole time.
Your card is held, not charged. Pet Sitting, dog walking has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.
I’d like to know their age, personality and temperament, their usual routine, and if they have any medical needs or allergies. I’d also like to know how they are around other dogs and people, and anything else I should be aware of to make sure they’re safe and comfortable with me.
I’ll usually spend around 30–60 minutes with your pet depending on the booking and what they need. I’ll make sure they have enough time for their walk, playtime and attention, and that they’re comfortable before I leave.
If your pet gets sick or hurt, I’ll contact you straight away and follow any instructions you’ve given me. If it’s an emergency, I’ll make sure they get veterinary care as soon as possible and keep you updated the whole time.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Pet Sitting, dog walking accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Pet Sitting, dog walking cancels, you're always refunded in full.
