Are they fully vaccinated? Are they friendly with other dogs? Are they desexed? Do they have separation enxiety?

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

Home visits around 30-40 mins.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

We will call owner to discuss with next step, action for emergency vet visits if required.

How and when will you update me during the booking?

A whatsapp group with tons of pictures and videos!

Do you offer a meet and greet before the first booking?

Yes, must!

How do you handle anxious, reactive or shy pets?

Give them space and time.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Petsitting_stories accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Petsitting_stories cancels, you're always refunded in full.
