Your card is held, not charged. Practically Perfect Pet Care has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Practically Perfect Pet Care only after the visit is done.

I will always dedicate an absolute minimum of 30 minutes for your pet, with extra time allotted to get them settled back into home, and plenty of time allowed for sniffing and playing. I also offer multiple hour services if needed!
I always ensure to have at least one emergency contact number on hand for your loved one, though I will generally ask for two to be safe. If it is critical, you will be called immediately, and if it is life threatening, we will already be on our way to a vet.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Practically Perfect Pet Care accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If Practically Perfect Pet Care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
