Hi, I’m Amy! 🐾 I’m a dedicated animal lover offering personalised, one-on-one pet care in your home. My goal is to give your pets the same level of love, attention and care they receive from you, while giving you complete peace of mind while you’re away. I understand that leaving your pets with someone is a big decision. They aren’t just pets, they’re family. I take the responsibility of caring for them seriously and pride myself on being reliable, attentive, communicative and respectful of your home. I have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and other animals, as well as extensive experience as a dog owner. I currently have my 5-year-old German Shepherd x Husky, Poppy, and previously had a much-loved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who lived to the wonderful age of 15. I’ve been involved in caring for dogs throughout every stage of their lives, including exercise, grooming, training, enrichment and senior care. I will pick the dog up from your home and walk them for your chosen length of time, I will return to your home and spend the rest of the time providing play/enrichment/cuddles for your pup 🐾
I will stay at your home full time and follow your pets normal routine, provide medication, enrichment, play, walks, meal times and plenty of love! ❤️
I will let your pup out for the toilet, feed them if required, provide medication if required, provide enrichment, play and plenty of attention! A whole hour of love and company for your pet 🩵
Your card is held, not charged. Premi Pet has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Premi Pet only after the visit is done.

Their age, breed, personality and temperament, daily routine, exercise needs, feeding requirements, any medications or medical conditions, how they are with other animals and people, and anything else that helps me understand how to keep them happy, comfortable and safe. I also like to know about any behaviours or triggers I should be aware of.
I dedicate my time to the pets I’m caring for and aim to keep them company for as much of the day as possible. I follow their usual routine and provide walks, play, enrichment, cuddles and companionship, rather than leaving them alone for long periods.
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my priority. If they become unwell or injured, I’ll contact you promptly, assess the situation and follow your instructions and emergency plan. If urgent veterinary care is needed and I can’t reach you, I’ll seek appropriate veterinary attention and keep you updated throughout.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Premi Pet accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Premi Pet cancels, you're always refunded in full.
