I like to know a bit about their age, temperament, daily routine, and any special needs or medications. It also helps to know how they get along with other dogs and people so I can make sure they’re comfortable and happy.
Usually around 30–45 minutes depending on what’s needed — enough time for a good walk, play, cuddles, and settling them back in before I leave. It depends on the owners schedule and what’s needed for both the owner and pet. No time is too long or short.
I’d contact you straight away, keep your pet calm, and follow your instructions. If needed, I’d take them to your preferred vet and stay with them until you arrive.
I’ll take your pet to safe, dog‑friendly areas nearby — like local parks, walking paths, or beaches if you’d like. I always make sure the environment is calm, clean, and suitable for their comfort and safety.
I usually care for one pet at a time so I can give them my full attention. If you have two pets from the same household, I’m happy to look after both together if they’re comfortable with each other.
I’ll send a quick message and photo update during each visit or walk so you know how your pet’s doing. For longer stays, I’ll keep you posted throughout the day and let you know when everything’s settled.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Pupper Patrol accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Pupper Patrol cancels, you're always refunded in full.
