While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Purnell Pet Sitting Co. accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Purnell Pet Sitting Co. cancels, you're always refunded in full.
