While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Purrfection Paws accepts: Cancel up to 7 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 7 days and 50% is refunded; inside 2 days nothing is refunded. If Purrfection Paws cancels, you're always refunded in full.
