What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Is your dog reactive? Do they like other dogs? Do they have good recall and can be let of the lead or best kept on?

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

A 30 minute/1 hour dog walk is the time spent on the walk. Additional time to collect and settle pets back in is included.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I will call you straight away to find out how you would best like me to deal with the situation.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Rebecca accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Rebecca cancels, you're always refunded in full.
