Hey, My name is Brendan I'm an active animal carer who genuinely enjoys spending time with furry companions. I walk up to 10km a day, so if your dog loves long strolls, I’m more than happy to keep up! Whether it’s a playful pup or a chill senior, I’m all about making sure they feel safe, loved, and well looked after while you’re away. At home, I have a cheeky cat named Snickers who keeps me on my toes. I've moved to the Revesby area recently so I've finally had room for a sweet girl called Narla whos a staffy cross. What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
With your enquiry i would just need to know the following: - Dates - Number of pets - Pets details (breed, age etc) I will only accept bookings after we have had the chance to do a meet and greet. To make sure your pet is comfortable with myself and I'm comfortable with your pet. We would cover: - Feeding routines (how much, where its kept) - Walking routines (how long, preffered route) - Medication - House rules - Any additional tasks you'd like completed (bins taken out etc) Then any other genreal information you'd need me to be aware of. Once this has been covered we can discuss accepting the booking.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
For walking I'm completely happy to cater for your pets needs. If you want a really long walk, I'm in. I can walk them for as long as they want. If your pet likes to take it slow and just sniff everything. That's fine too. For sitting, I do work full time during the week. Mostly from home so I can come quite quickly after work when needed. I can cater for morning or afternoon walks. On weekends I will leave late morning but will be back before the afternoon game of footy starts.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
This has never happened on one of my bookings. In the event of this happening. I will collect your contact info and preferred contact method before the booking starts. I will send you cute photos of your pets daily. When i send these I will provide updates on any behaviours. E.g eating, sleeping. If anything is out of the ordinary or I'm unsure if its normal for them I'll mention it. You can leave any other family/vets contact info written down within the house which i have access too just in case.
