How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
A typical visit is around 30 minutes usually a walk or playtime outside, plus a few extra minutes for settling in, food/water top-ups, and some cuddles before I go. I’m happy to adjust the time based on what your pet needs.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I call you first and then proceed to take it to emergency vet

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Rose walks accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Rose walks cancels, you're always refunded in full.
