About Bethany

I’ve had dogs in my family my whole life, including my own dog Rudy for 8 years and two of her pups for 4-5 years. Spent a lot of time walking/playing/fulfilling these dogs, along with dog sitting/caring for/walking family and friends dogs too. Very much excited to get to know more dogs and take them for walks/plays to help whoever I can.

Your card is held, not charged. Rudy and the pups walking has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Rudy and the pups walking only after the visit is done.

What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Age, temperament, how your dog is with other dogs

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

30/45/1hour walk depending on the booking, plus 10 minutes to get them settled back into their home (if needed)

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I call you first and ask for your most preferred next steps, ie I bring them home to you, or I take them to the nearest Vet

Cancellation policy

Moderate

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Rudy and the pups walking accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If Rudy and the pups walking cancels, you're always refunded in full.
