I require pet’s age, temperament with humans and other dogs, your regular vet’s contact and address, current training requirements and activity levels as well as any medication or dietary requirements.
If it’s an emergency, you can be assured that your pet will immediately be taken to your regular vet hospital, or an after hours clinic. You will be contacted as soon as I know the pet is safe. In less serious cases, I will contact you first to discuss a plan of action before we decide if the vet is the right choice.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Ruffly There accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Ruffly There cancels, you're always refunded in full.
