About Sadie
Hi, I’m Sadie! I’ve recently moved to Bondi and am loving life in Sydney. I’ve always been a huge animal lover and really miss having my chocolate Labrador, Baxter, back home, so I’d love the opportunity to spend more time with dogs and give them lots of love, attention and exercise. I’m also lucky enough to have a very special rescue dog in my family, a French Bulldog called Baba Ganush. We rescued her from a dog breeder, and when she first came to us, she was very nervous and needed lots of patience, care and reassurance. Over time, she’s come out of her shell and become our little bundle of joy and energy! Seeing her confidence grow has taught me so much about how important it is to understand each dog’s individual personality and make them feel safe, comfortable and loved. Back home in London, I studied Fashion at university, and I now work as an Assistant Manager for a fashion brand in Bondi Junction. What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Before booking, I’d love to know a little bit about your furry friend so I can make sure they have the best possible experience! This includes their temperament and personality, how they are around other dogs and people, their energy levels, and whether they have any particular likes, dislikes or anxieties. It would also be helpful to know about their usual walking routine, any training or lead-walking preferences, and any medical conditions, allergies or special requirements I should be aware of. Every dog is different, and I want to make sure each walk is tailored to their individual needs so they feel safe, comfortable and happy. Please also let me know about any favourite walking spots, commands they respond to, and anything else that will help me care for them as if they were my own! 🐶💕
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I usually spend around 30 minutes to an hour with each dog per visit, depending on their needs and your preferences. I’m happy to tailor each visit to your dog’s age, temperament and energy levels, whether that means a lovely walk around Bondi, plenty of sniffing and exploring, or some extra playtime and cuddles. My priority is always making sure your dog feels happy, safe and well cared for while you’re away! 🐾💕
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my top priority. If your pet becomes unwell or gets injured while they’re in my care, I’ll contact you straight away to let you know what’s happened and discuss the next steps. If it’s an emergency, I’ll make sure they receive appropriate veterinary attention as quickly as possible, contacting your preferred vet or the nearest emergency clinic if needed. I’d also ask for your emergency contact details, vet information and any relevant medical history before our first visit, so I’m fully prepared to give your furry friend the best possible care. 🐾💕
