What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I like to know your dogs age, energy level and how they act around other dogs on walks. It’s also super helpful to know if they pull on the leash, have any health issues or allergies or if theres anything specific that makes them extra happy
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
youget the full time you pay for🥰if you book a 30 or 60-minute walk that whole time is dedicated to walking your pup. i will also take a couple of extra minutes before and after to put their leash/harness on, refresh their water bowl, wipe off dirty paws and make sure theyre settled inside before I leave.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
your pet is my number 1 priority if anything happens i will call or text you straight away. If i cant reach you i will take your pet to the nearest emergency vet clinic right away while continuing to keep you updated.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Sammie’s paw party accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Sammie’s paw party cancels, you're always refunded in full.
