What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Before accepting a booking, I’d love to know the dog’s age, breed, and temperament — are they calm, high-energy, nervous around strangers, or reactive to other dogs? I also need to know about any medical conditions or medication, whether they’re okay off-leash or need to stay leashed at all times, and how they do around other dogs and people on walks. Any commands they respond to (like “sit” or “stay”) and their favorite treats are helpful too — and please flag anything they’re scared of, like loud trucks or umbrellas!

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Sampras accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Sampras cancels, you're always refunded in full.
