What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

I’d like to know how they are with other dogs, their normal routine and if they have any special needs.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

30 minutes or more if needed

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I would contact the owner straight away and follow their instructions. If it was an emergency, I would make sure they got veterinary care as quickly as possible

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Sarah’s Paw Pals accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Sarah’s Paw Pals cancels, you're always refunded in full.
