What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Before our first walk, please let me know about your dog’s personality, age, breed, energy levels, likes/dislikes, allergies, medical needs and any behaviours I should be aware of. Please also let me know if they’re comfortable around other dogs, people and busy areas, so I can make every walk safe, happy and enjoyable! 🤍

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

Depending on the walk time! I have 1 hour or 30 Mins available!

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

Your pet’s safety is my top priority. If your pet becomes unwell or injured while in my care, I’ll contact you immediately and, if needed, take them to your nominated vet or the nearest emergency vet. I’ll always keep you updated and follow any emergency instructions you’ve provided.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Savsfriendlywalker accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Savsfriendlywalker cancels, you're always refunded in full.
