What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I'd love to know a bit about their breed and age, and whether they're friendly and comfortable being around other dogs — just so I can make sure I look after them the best way possible!
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
1-hour walks — plenty of time to explore, sniff around, and burn off some energy! 🐾
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
If a pet gets sick or hurt while in my care, I'll contact the owner straight away to let them know what's happened and get their guidance. If it's an emergency, I'll take the pet to the nearest vet as quickly as possible and keep the owner updated throughout. I always make sure I have the owner's contact details and their vet's information on hand before a booking starts, just in case

I love walking along Cronulla but I’m open to suggestions or requests!

How and when will you update me during the booking?
Depends on request during booking by preference probably every half an hour

Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Snuggle paws accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Snuggle paws cancels, you're always refunded in full.
