Cancellation policy

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Sofias walks accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Sofias walks cancels, you're always refunded in full.
