What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I need to know their age, temperament, health condition/medications, reactivity towards other dogs or people, and basic daily routine.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
For walk bookings, at least 30 to 45 minutes walking plus time to settle them back in. For home visits, at least 45 to 60 minutes of feeding, playing, and giving them full attention.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I will immediately contact the owner and, if needed, safely take the pet to the nearest emergency vet right away.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Sofy accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Sofy cancels, you're always refunded in full.
