I’d like to know about their temperament, daily routine, feeding schedule, medications, allergies, exercise needs, and any special habits or behaviours I should be aware of. It’s also helpful to know how they interact with other dogs and people so I can make sure they’re comfortable and safe🤍
Depending on the service, I can provide 30-minute or 1-hour walks, or adjust the time to suit your dog’s needs. For check-ins, I’ll spend enough time making sure they’re fed, have fresh water, comfortable and have some company and playtime. I also offer overnight stays at my home when needed.
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my priority. If they become unwell or injured, I’ll contact you immediately and follow your instructions. If it’s an emergency, I’ll seek veterinary care as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout.
For walks, I’ll take your dog to a safe and suitable walking area depending on their needs and comfort level. For sitting or overnight care, they can stay at my home where I can give them plenty of attention, playtime and supervision.

I’ll keep you updated throughout the booking with messages, photos and videos so you can see how your pet is doing. I’m also happy to follow any communication preferences you have and provide updates whenever you’d like. 🐶🤍
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Sonam Dema accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Sonam Dema cancels, you're always refunded in full.
