Your card is held, not charged. Stella Pet Service has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.
Happy to give pills and liquids. No injections.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Stella Pet Service accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If Stella Pet Service cancels, you're always refunded in full.
