I’ll spend the full agreed time with your pet and won’t rush visits. I’ll make sure they have everything they need, including feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, walks or playtime and lots of attention and cuddles. I’m also happy to follow their normal routine as closely as possible.
Your pet’s safety will always come first. I’ll contact you immediately if I notice anything concerning. If urgent veterinary care is needed, I’ll follow your emergency instructions and contact your nominated vet or the nearest emergency vet while keeping you updated throughout.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Stephanie’s accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Stephanie’s cancels, you're always refunded in full.
