I’m flexible depending on your pet’s needs! Visits can range from 30–60 minutes or longer if required, including feeding, walking, playtime and plenty of attention. I’m happy to discuss what works best for your pet!
Your pet’s safety is my priority! If anything happens, I’ll contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if needed. In an emergency, I’ll make sure your pet receives urgent medical attention while keeping you updated.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Stephy accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Stephy cancels, you're always refunded in full.
