Your card is held, not charged. Stevie and Lilah has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Stevie and Lilah only after the visit is done.

We’d love to know their age, personality, routine, and any special needs or medications. It’s also helpful to know how they are with other dogs and people, as well as anything that makes them nervous or helps them feel comfortable.
We’ll spend the agreed time giving your pet plenty of attention, cuddles, playtime and walks, depending on their needs. We’re happy to be flexible with their routine and make sure they’re settled and comfortable before we leave.
We’d contact you straight away to let you know what’s happened and follow your instructions. If it were urgent, we’d take them to your preferred vet or the nearest emergency vet as quickly as possible, keeping you updated throughout.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Stevie and Lilah accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Stevie and Lilah cancels, you're always refunded in full.
