What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Any health issues that could be affected during a walk. Whether they are reactive to other people, dogs or certain triggers.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
1-2 hours depends on what you book, Can include either a standard walk or a leash training walk
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I will contact you straight away and work with you to find the best help for your pup whether it’s taking them home, to you or the vets
Where will you take my pet?
I will walk around your neighbourhood and parks - You can request a route
How many pets are in your care at once?
1-2 Dogs per walk, unless you book 3 of your own Dogs
How and when will you update me during the booking?
I will contact you a few hours beforehand to confirm the time. I will contact you when I arrive to pick up your Dog, and then 5-10 minutes before the end of the walk

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Sun Dog walking :) accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Sun Dog walking :) cancels, you're always refunded in full.
