What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Age, temperament, behaviour around other dogs/people, any medication or medical history, favourite things your pup loves to do!

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

30-min walk plus 10mins settling them back home

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I’ll call/text you first. If it’s urgent I’ll call a Vet and attend to any medical attention immediately.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Sunny Walks accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Sunny Walks cancels, you're always refunded in full.
