What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I’d like to know their temperament, personality and allergies. Also what they love and if their is anything to do in particular
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
However long the owner would like.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I’ll let the owners know & after them is take them to the nearest vet while also trying to contact them as well to see if they can see us.

Cancellation policy

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Taleah G accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Taleah G cancels, you're always refunded in full.
