While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Tasha’s Pet Sitting accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Tasha’s Pet Sitting cancels, you're always refunded in full.
