How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

As long of a walk as they require and 5-10 minutes settling them back in

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I will call you and we can work out what the best way forward is. If it is an emergency we will go straight to the vet

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once The chipper walker accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If The chipper walker cancels, you're always refunded in full.
