I will come to your house look after the pets, do anything you need to be done for the pets eg walk, play fetch. Honestly what ever you need to be done when you can’t
Your card is held, not charged. The cuddle club has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.
I need to know what they like, if I should be aware of anything. What the dogs temper is like, if they require a lot of active activities etc. also the animals background eg from a shelter etc
If it’s a walk I can do a 15min-1hr walk or jog and I’ll just bring them home and settle them in for you. It’s really up to the owner if you want me there for an hour then I’ll be there for an hour
I will call or message you to let you if an incident, I will give the animal 5-10 minutes after the incident to see how they are going and if it occurs a second time I’ll go the vet
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once The cuddle club accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If The cuddle club cancels, you're always refunded in full.
