What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

I need to know the following about your pets behaviour - are they reactive? If yes, how? - What do you expect of your dog on walks? - how long are their walks usually? - do you use any training aids? (E.g. E collar, clicker) - what is their energy level, what does it take to tire them out? - what can I expect if I pick up/visit your pet when you're not home?

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I will call to inform you and take to a previously discussed vet

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once The Daily Wag accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If The Daily Wag cancels, you're always refunded in full.
