Before booking, I’d love to know a little about your furry friend — their age, personality, routine and what they’re like around people, children and other animals. Let me know about any nervousness, anxiety, reactivity, health issues, medications, allergies or special needs, as well as their feeding, toileting and exercise routine. For dogs, it’s helpful to know how they are on lead and what they’re like out and about. For cats, let me know whether they’re social, shy or prefer to do their own thing. And please tell me anything they particularly love (or hate!) so I can make their time with me as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. 🐾 we have multiple boarding options (rooms for pup) to make them most comfortable- in the same space as others or separate. If I’m booked with your pet, I’ll be home for the majority of the day, so they’ll have plenty of company rather than being left alone for long periods. I’m hoping to make pet care my work, so I’m genuinely happy to spend lots of time with them — not just pop in, do the basics and rush off. I’ve had plenty of experience caring for pets, although I’m new to doing it professionally. I’m very much a “shadow” kind of pet owner myself, so if your pup wants to follow me around, hang out beside me or just have some extra attention, I’m here for it! 🐾
If your pet becomes unwell or is injured while they’re in my care, I’ll contact you straight away and keep you updated. If it’s something that needs urgent attention, I’ll make sure they receive appropriate veterinary care rather than waiting around. I’ll follow any instructions you’ve left for your pet, including your preferred vet and emergency contact details. I’ll also keep a close eye on them and let you know about anything unusual, even if it seems minor. Your pet’s safety comes first. Aside from this, ill be updating you frequently during your pets stay anyway 📷 🐾
