I would call you first to let you know, and do whatever you need me too. Whether that means take them home or to the vet etc.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once The Dog Walker accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If The Dog Walker cancels, you're always refunded in full.
