What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

If it’s a life threatening injury I will immediately take them to the nearest vet, then inform you. In any other case I will call you then proceed with whatever action you wish

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once The Koda Experience accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If The Koda Experience cancels, you're always refunded in full.
