A fun, relaxed walk tailored to your dog’s energy level and routine. Includes fresh water and a photo/update afterwards.
A longer walk with plenty of exercise, sniffing and playtime. Ideal for energetic dogs who need a little more time outdoors.
A check-in at your pet’s home including feeding, fresh water, toilet break, playtime and cuddles. I’ll also send you an update and photos.
Extra time for pets who enjoy more companionship, playtime and attention. I’ll follow their normal routine and make sure they’re comfortable before leaving.

Your card is held, not charged. The Paw Club has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.

Before accepting a booking, I’d like to know about the pet’s personality, age, breed, routine, exercise needs, feeding schedule and any specific care requirements. I’d also want to know about any behaviours, allergies, medical needs or things they may be nervous around, as well as emergency contact details and their vet information. Most importantly, I’d like to understand what they’re comfortable with so I can provide the best care possible.
I usually allow around 30–60 minutes per visit, depending on your pet’s needs and the service booked. I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime and care rather than rushing the visit. 🐾
If your pet becomes unwell or injured, I’ll contact you immediately and follow any instructions you’ve provided. If it’s an emergency, I’ll prioritise getting them the appropriate veterinary care and keep you updated throughout.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once The Paw Club accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If The Paw Club cancels, you're always refunded in full.
