I’d like to know their age, breed, personality and temperament, as well as any medical conditions, allergies or medications. I’d also like to understand their daily routine, walking habits, how they behave around other dogs and people, and whether they have any fears, triggers or special needs. Knowing these things helps me provide the safest and most comfortable experience for every dog.
I aim to spend around 30–60 minutes with your pet, depending on the service booked and their individual needs. This includes dedicated time for walking, play, attention and making sure they’re settled and comfortable before I leave
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. If your pet becomes unwell or gets injured, I’ll contact you immediately and keep you updated. If urgent veterinary attention is needed, I’ll contact your nominated vet or the nearest emergency veterinary clinic. I’ll also follow your instructions and make sure your pet receives the appropriate care as quickly as possible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once The Pawfect walk accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If The Pawfect walk cancels, you're always refunded in full.
