What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I would immediately call the owners and let them know and take pet to vet with owners knowledge

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once The wagging tail accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If The wagging tail cancels, you're always refunded in full.
