Your card is held, not charged. The Walk Club has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to The Walk Club only after the visit is done.

Before caring for your pet, I’d love to know a little about their personality, daily routine, and any specific needs they may have. This includes their behaviour around other dogs and people, walking preferences, feeding requirements, and any medical conditions or important instructions. The more I know, the better I can make sure they feel safe, comfortable and well cared for!
The time I spend with your pet will depend on the service booked and their individual needs. I aim to provide attentive, quality care rather than simply going through the motions, making sure your pet gets the exercise, attention and companionship they need. I’ll always follow your instructions and keep their routine as consistent as possible.
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. If your pet becomes unwell or is injured while in my care, I’ll contact you immediately, keep them as calm and comfortable as possible, and seek veterinary attention if needed. In an emergency, I’ll act quickly to ensure they receive the appropriate care and keep you updated every step of the way.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once The Walk Club accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If The Walk Club cancels, you're always refunded in full.
